Barley Mill will be the home to two brand new Class “A” office buildings totaling 157,303 SF.  The Walkers Mill Building will be a 3-story, 105,303 SF building, with 33,000 SF per floor, currently under construction.  The Reeves Mill Building will be a 3-story, 52,000 SF building, with17,500 SF per floor.

These office buildings will be delivered with modern finishes, high ceilings, ample natural light, and high-efficiency building systems. They will be surrounded by beautiful landscaping, gardens, and walking trails, providing easy access to restaurants, retail, new residences, and of course Wegmans. All of these local amenities, along with its proximity to regional transportation sources, such as the Philadelphia Airport, I-95, and the Amtrak train station, puts Barley Mill at the center of it all.

This retail area is anchored by a new Wegmans Food Market as the centerpiece of the project.  The 110,000 square foot Wegmans building is complemented by 38,700 square feet of additional retail space comprised of four buildings and one 4,000 square foot bank pad with drive-thru, available for development.  Two buildings are devoted to restaurants-First Watch Cafe, La Tolteca and McGlynns Pub which will include generous outdoor seating. Retail tenants include a yoga coffee shop, clothing boutique, nail salon, personal trainer, blow dry bar and wellness center.  We have one remaining space measuring 2,503 square feet located in Building B between an Urgent Care and Physical Therapy.

The overall location, access, and visibility, along with the strong market demographics, make Barley Mill the most sought-after retail development in Delaware.
