Barley Mill will be the home to two brand new Class “A” office buildings totaling 157,303 SF. The Walkers Mill Building will be a 3-story, 105,303 SF building, with 33,000 SF per floor, currently under construction. The Reeves Mill Building will be a 3-story, 52,000 SF building, with17,500 SF per floor.
